Stone walls of the Burren – Stiles and Features
Rory O’Shaughnessy, Heritage Specialist, Tour Guide and Stonemason will give a talk on the heritage of stonewalling in the Burren, giving a brief overview of their history, looking at the different styles and features of the walls, their construction and will discuss the future of this integral yet sometimes overlooked part of our local heritage.
Burrenbeo’s monthly Online Tea Talks will take place every second Wednesday of the month between 8 and 9pm via the online platform of Zoom Meeting . There will be 40 minute talk by the speaker followed by a Q&A session. Attendees will be able to text in their questions via the Q&A box in their Zoom panel.
The talks are free to attend but registration is essential at the link above.
