An exclusive opportunity to enjoy yoga, meditation and a guided farm walk on one of the stunning locations in the Burren.
A moderate level of fitness is required for this event which includes a walk up and down a mountain and an outdoor yoga session. The event will begin with a short meditation session followed by a guided farm walk with Oliver Nagle up a mountain on his farm and a guided yoga session with Colette on top of the mountain. It is recommended that participants bring their own lunch/snacks and drinks which can be enjoyed as picnic during the event.
What to bring:
1. Suitable footwear, such as waterproof walking boots and appropriate clothing for possible wet, blustery weather, are required.
2. Sun cream, bug repellant as required.
3. A bag pack with lunch and drink.
Colette Nagle is a qualified yoga teacher and founder of Cetz Yoga through which she teaches Vinyasa flow, pregnancy yoga, children’s yoga and teen yoga. A mother to 4 children, she is also a farmer to many beautiful rescued animals. Oliver Nagle farms 121 acres of winterage, meadow and pasture along with his family on the Burren at Slieve Carran, Co. Clare. He has been involved in the Burren Programme since it began and manages his land in a way that exemplifies farming for nature. Oliver is passionate about farming and biodiversity and has led many walks for Burrenbeo Trust.
This event is a fundraiser for Burrenbeo Trust with ticket prices of €20 for Burrenbeo members and €30 for non-members being donated to the Trust.
