Earlier in the year a proposed Visitor and Traffic Management Plan for the Burren National Park was circulated. Since then the scope of the plan has been broadened and the plan is now the Burren National Park Management Plan, with a focus on conservation. A new draft has been prepared, incorporating changes arising from the submissions received in the last round of consultation.
Submissions are welcomed on this new draft.
The draft, which comprises five volumes, can be viewed on the Burren National Park website:
Submissions can be made until the 14th. November. They can either be emailed to email@example.com or posted to Brendan McGrath and Associates, Planning Consultants, Riverstown Cottage, Corofin, Co. Clare (to arrive by the 14th). All submissions will be taken into consideration when finalising the plan, which will happen before the end of the year.
