The Cavan Burren with Kirstin Lemon
In the first episode of our new series of online Tea Talks on Limestone Landscapes from around the world, we will hear from Dr. Kirstin Lemon, Scientific Adviser for the Marble Arch Caves UNESCO Global Geopark talk about the limestone landscape of the Burren in Co.Cavan, its archaeology and natural and cultural heritage.
Burrenbeo’s monthly Online Tea Talks will take place every second Wednesday of the month between 8 and 9pm via the online platform of Zoom . There will be 40 minute talk by the speaker followed by a Q&A session. Attendees will be able to text in their questions via the Q&A box in their Zoom panel.
The talks are free to attend but registration is essential at the link above.
