Burrenbeo is very grateful to all our sponsors and supporters, from private individuals and local businesses to Government departments and agencies and projects.

2002- 2004
The original Burrenbeo website was designed internally by Burrenbeo with some financial support from Clare County Enterprise Board Feasibility Study Grant, The Heritage Council Publication Grant and LEADER Co. Clare who funded the original Eco Beo educational Programme.

2005 - 2007
The redevelopment of the Burrenbeo website was supported by Shannon Development as part of the ‘Tourism Heritage and Innovation Programme’. The Heritage Council of Ireland, Teagasc and others supported the development of the award winning CDRom 'Images of the Fertile Rock'. Leader in East Galway funded the purchase of computers for our Resource Centre in Kinvara and Clare County Enterprise Board provided employment grants for Burrenbeo Staff.

2008
Burrenbeo received funding from the Burren Connect project, a Failte Ireland sponsored and Clare County Council driven project. This funding allowed Burrenbeo to roll out Eco Beo to eight Burren schools and to develop our new interactive educational modules.
