Full Day
Burren Full Day
We will visit a nature reserve in the centre of the Burren where the children will be able to get a closer look at the amazing geology, the unusual plants and animals, and see what their ancestors may have been up to in the past. This is followed by a visit to a working farm in the Burren. The full-day caters for the age group of the children. Each aspect is explored firstly through a game and followed by an activity, and catered to the needs of the age group. This includes a Teacher’s Pack with some classroom activities that they can carry out afterwards.
Transport must be organised by the school. There must be a responsible adult for each group of 10 children.
Time is approximately 5 hours including breaks. They must bring their own snacks and lunch.
